CRF Reed Relays
Description
The CRF series reed relay series is a high frequency relay designed in a very low-profile package made with a ceramic substrate that exactly matches the thermal coefficient of expansion of the internal reed switch glass and the reed leads to eliminate any potential packaging stress.
This CRF Relay is the smallest RF relay in the industry measuring only 8.6mm x 4.4 mm x 3.4 mmand is capable of switching signals up to 7GHz with 1 µV typical thermal offset voltage for billions of reliable operations. Its leadless design eliminates skewing of leads and co-planarity issues.
